Win a photo shoot with JP Harrow Portraits –  Social Media Terms and Conditions

The promoter is: JP Harrow Portraits.

The competition is open to anyone who is 18 years or older. International Instagram users can be nominated but they will be required take care of their own travel to London in 2018 at their own expense to do the photo shoot and to view the images. If any products would have to be shipped internationally, this will occur extra charges.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

This giveaway is only available on Instagram.

The giveaway prizes are as follows:

3 x Gift Certificates towards JP Harrow Portrait Experience

Gift Certificate entitles the winner for:

• 30 minute pre-shoot consultation in London
• Up to 3 hour location photo shoot* in London, UK
• Personal Image Viewing session to view the images
• One 20 inch size wall art piece of winners chosen image and a digital version of that same image**
• Winner is welcome to buy any additional prints, products and digital files during their Image Viewing session if they wish. If they do, please note that photographer’s standard prices will apply to these purchases.
• £250 worth of print credits*** towards additional purchases.

*Winner is responsible for organising all necessary access and permits for their chosen location and paying any travel cost that might occur to them.

**If winner wants a larger wall art they can upgrade and pay the price difference. Digital files JP Harrow Portrait delivers are formatted for social media usage, no high resolution Jpegs will be provided or sold.

***Print credits can only be used towards additional products sold by JP Harrow Portraits such as wall art and portfolio boxes. It cannot be exchanged for cash or used to upgrade the included 20″ wall art piece to a larger size. Spending the print credit is optional and it will expire after first Image Viewing session is over. 

To enter the competition one must leave a comment under a post made by JP Harrow Portraits on Instagram. This comment must include an Instagram handle of the person to be nominated for giveaway, a brief description why this person (or couple) should win a photo shoot and lastly hashtag #jpharrowgiveaway must be included.

You are free to nominate more than one person for the giveaway but you cannot nominate the same person (or couple) more than once. Multiple entries from the same person towards same Instagram users will be disqualified.

Closing date for entry is 30th of June 2018. After this date the no further entries to the giveaway will be permitted. Winners will be notified directly within a week of closing date.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The rules of the giveaway and how to enter are as follows:

1. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified on Instagram as soon as possible by the promoter.

2. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

3. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes and no parts of it are transferable or redeemable for cash. Photo shoot date must be booked by the end of July 2018 or the winner’s gift certificate will not be honoured.  Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

4. Winners will be chosen by JP Harrow Portraits representatives from those entries that have been successfully submitted by the given deadline and have followed given rules. JP Harrow Portraits will take various factors into consideration when choosing the winners (including the reasons why certain person should win) and the decision made by JP Harrow Portraits representatives is final.

5. The winner will be notified by a message on Instagram within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not attempt to claim the prize within 14 days of the closing date, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

6. The promoter will agree to notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

7. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

9. The winner agrees that in order to claim the prize they will be required to sign an industry standard model release prior to their photo shoot and that any images or videos captured during their photo shoot can be used by JP Harrow Portraits for the multiple purposes to promote JP Harrow Portraits brand including marketing. If you do not want to agree on these terms please do not take part on this giveaway.

10. The winner agrees that JP Harrow Portraits has the right to create a featured images, posts or videos of the winners portrait experience that may get published.

11. The winner’s name will be additionally available 14 days from 1st of July 2018 by emailing the following address: info (at) jpharrow.com

12. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you nominate a friend of yours or an another person it is your responsibility to ensure they are happy to accept these terms and conditions before you enter their name to the giveaway.

13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to JP Harrow Portraits and not to any other party. We do not share any of your information to other people or third parties, we will only collect the information from the winners that will help us to provide you the service what we offer. 14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
