Consultation

At JP Harrow Portraits, we value your time and comfort, which is why we arrange a personal consultation at your convenience. This consultation will take place in the comfort of your home, where we will discuss your vision for the photoshoot and answer any questions you may have. During this time, you will have the opportunity to view samples of our fine art products, including our stunning portfolio boxes, fine art albums, and wall art. The consultation will last approximately 30 minutes, and if you choose to commission us, we will provide you with personal styling advice for an additional 30-45 minutes, ensuring that you feel confident and prepared for your photo shoot. Our consultation comes with no obligation to book, so you can take your time and feel confident that we are the right photographer for you. Additionally, we offer sessions not just in London but also all across the UK and even abroad.

Photo Shoot

During your portrait session, we will be with you every step of the way. Whether we come to your home or you choose to meet us at an outdoor location, we will guide you through the entire photo shoot process. Our goal is to ensure that you feel comfortable and relaxed, allowing your personality to shine through in every photo. We welcome your family members to join in on the fun, and we will work with everyone to capture beautiful and timeless portraits. After your session, we will schedule your image reveal and ordering session so that you can choose your favorite photos and order products that you will cherish for years to come.

Portrait Reveal and Ordering Session

During your ordering session, we will showcase the best edited images from your photo shoot and guide you through the process of selecting your preferred fine art finishes and display options. Our aim is to design products that perfectly match your personality and home decor, so you don’t need to worry about any technical details. We will take care of everything and ensure that you fall in love with your final products. Whether you prefer a custom-designed album or a stunning piece of wall art, we will create so many beautiful images that you’ll want to buy it all – you have been warned! In addition, we provide live visualizations of how your images will look in your home, so you can be confident in your selections.

Delivery

After the reveal and ordering session, your order will be processed and sent to our partner labs who will handcraft your portraits according to your requirements. We carefully inspect each product upon receipt to ensure they meet our high standards. If we’re unhappy with the finish, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped as soon as possible.

Once we’ve received your products from our creative partners, we will contact you to arrange a convenient home delivery. No need to worry about picking up your order – we’ll take care of everything.
